Since its inception in 1999, Highbury Homes has been quietly building an enviable reputation as one of Perth’s most imaginative, flexible and successful residential building companies.

Highbury Homes caters for a diverse market and creates stunning one-off designs. We have realized the dreams of clients with difficult sites and have been able to maximise views and space. We typically work within budgets ranging from $200,000 - $1,500,000.

The three Directors, John Beattie, Jim De Baughn and Chris Bishop all possess professional qualifications (respectively two Registered Builders and a Quantity Surveyor) and each has more than 25 years industry experience. Their teamwork approach attracts staff of the highest calibre and also attracts a select and loyal team of trades people. This ensures consistency in the outstanding quality provided for clients. Highbury Homes' staff turnover is amongst the lowest in the industry.
