I wish your company continued success. Yours sincerely Kim Fare Registrar We first looked at the Seaspray display home in Secret Harbour. It had a few features that we liked (such as a huge kitchen) but needed a lot of tweeking to suit our needs. Firstly our sales consultant worked very hard to redesign the home including all of our requirements (plus adding a few nice touches). We wanted the kitchen & family area of the Seaspray but the rest were his drawings. We wanted each bedroom to be double size & have its own ensuite, a large split level theatre room, lots of storage space, the main bedroom at the rear with a pretty spectacular ensuite and large walk-in robe, a triple garage with workshop space, and enlarged the alfresco area, all of this on a 18.2 frontage. He did a fabulous job of creating a large 357m2 home. He was very prompt with getting back to us with information & quotes, keeping in contact with us via text msgs and emails so we never had to chase him up. Once we were completely satisfied that everything was exactly how we wanted it and got our finance organised, the fun of pre-start began. Our contracts administrator looked after us with that and I am sure I was not an easy client as I was very meticulous at checking out every item on every document he sent us to make sure everything was correct. He was very patient with me. I was fussy when it came to getting the tiles, benchtops and kitchen appliances that I wanted, so it took a couple of sessions to get everything right but he was very good at getting me the quotes I wanted. The building started in April this year (so mostly done during the wet season which gave us a few minor delays). All the tradesmen were very good, I haven't got anything bad to say about any of them. I visited the site every time a new crew were there to say hi, answer any questions they might have (very rare) but not be a nuisance also. Our supervisor was great. He was always on top of the project, followed through immediately on any questions or issues we might have which were very minor things such as the wrong front door delivered. Our main concern was that completion date was going to be in December as we had a deadline for a $20,000 garden bonus from the land developer. Our supervisor was well aware of this concern and constantly assured us that he would get the job done in time. And he kept to his word, with the house finishing 6 weeks ahead of schedule. We took the keys 2 weeks ago and are having the finishing touches (carpets, curtains) done before we move in soon. As coincidence had it, we also had to go overseas during the very crucial stage (for me that is) of when the tiler, kitchen & bathroom fitouts were to be done. So we had a meeting on site with our supervisor, explained our plans for tile placements etc and had to leave it safely in his hands while we were on the other side of the world. Very nerve wracking for me as you can imagine but he did a fabulous job. He sent us emails with photos so we could see how it was progressing and definitely made my mind rest easy. It was a lovely surprise to come back and see our home completed, exactly the way we asked for it. The budget was pretty damn close to what they first estimated, no major surprises at the end. We did not get any legal advice but we did visit all of their display homes to see what their quality was like. They definitely have not let us down. We have had a couple of minor things since getting the keys (a leaky tap, faulty sensor light) which was rectified immediately. Craig & Sue We would like to thank all concerned for the successful completion of our home at Aubin Grove. There are usually some tense moments when building (this is our fourth) but your supervisor has made this very smooth and worry free. We are impressed with the whole job from working out plans to this time of handover. Working with our Sales Consultant in the planning stage was excellent. He helped us work out floor plan, storage, room sizes and positions, outlook and so much more so that we are very pleased with the final works and the outlook we have over the park (our backyard we don't have to look after). We have done some unusual things and they have been incorporated beautifully into the overall design. Then our supervisor has picked up so much that we also picked up but he had already dealt with each thing so that we did not have to worry about them. We would like to congratulate him on a job well done. We would also like to thank each and every trades person for their excellent workmanship and expediency, attention to detail and informing us of 'problems' on the spot that arose and were unexpected because of this one-of-a-kind job. The quality of the house is probably the best we have had in the four homes we have built. We did not expect to have hand-over much before Christmas but it seems that your have managed to complete the job around three months early.
