Flexibuildity of Design

We enjoy a challenge and seeing you completely satisfied so we’re delighted to take on a one-off complex design, even on a homesite with an unusual size and/or shape.

We’re also just as eager to create your compact cottage home as we are to design a more substantial single-storey, split-level residence or your most ambitious multi-storey dream home.

If you’d like to modify one of our existing plans, you'll find the process of doing so easy and affordable.

Whatever the design challenges, we'll work closely with you until you're entirely happy.

Flexibuildity of Location

You can have your new home built anywhere from Yanchep to the north and Lake Clifton south of Mandurah.

To the east, we'll build as far away as the hills areas and up to Chittering.

Flexibuildity of Construction

If you have a difficult site, we have the experience and expertise to build on it.If you wish to have special features built, we can create them.

If there are certain materials you’d prefer, we’ll use them.

If there are specific finishing touches you wish to handle yourself, we’ll help you achieve the cost savings you’re seeking.

Flexibuildity of Involvement

A dedicated staff member will be assigned to look after you through the entire process and you can have direct contact with your Supervisor.

From sign-up to hand over, these team members will have an intimate understanding of your home and its progress.

If you wish to provide any supplies or trades, we can also advise you on the pros and cons of doing so.

Flexibuildity of Specification

For your convenience, Highbury Homes has three levels of specification – Essentials, Deluxe and Dream.

But this is just the start.
